The content on cagefreecode.com is provided for information. Figures such as the worked example on the home page describe real past work; your own numbers will differ, which is what the Stack Audit is for. The calculator is an estimate tool and not a quote.

Platform names used on the comparison pages belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. Cage Free Code is not affiliated with any of them.

The Stack Audit

The audit fee of $500 is payable before the working session. It is credited in full against any build with Cage Free Code that begins within six months of the audit being delivered. If the audit recommends not building, the fee is not refunded — the audit itself is the deliverable.

Builds

Every build is quoted as a fixed price in writing before it begins, with the scope described in the same document. Changes that materially alter the scope are quoted in writing before they're built. Payment schedules are set out in the quote.

On completion, the code, documentation and recorded walkthrough belong to you, in accordance with the Ownership Guarantee. Third-party services you choose to keep (payment processors, video, hosting and the like) operate under their own terms.

Care & Growth Plans

Plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current month. Cancelling does not change what you own.

Liability

Work is carried out with reasonable skill and care. Cage Free Code is not liable for losses arising from third-party services, from changes you or others make to a delivered system, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
