Offer 02 — The complete custom system

Everything under one roof. All of it yours.

One system that replaces the CRM, the website, the memberships, the courses, the scheduling, the community and the email tooling — built around how you actually sell, not around what a platform permits. In your name, in your account, on standard technology.

Who this is for

You've outgrown the rented stack.

You're an established operator — real revenue, real members, real complexity — and you've spent years fitting your business into other people's software. Every tool does eighty per cent of what you need, and the last twenty per cent is where your business actually lives.

  • ✓Five or more subscriptions doing the job one system should
  • ✓Members with two or three logins and a support inbox to prove it
  • ✓An offer you'd launch tomorrow if the platform could handle it
  • ✓A price increase notice in your inbox from at least one vendor this year
  • ✓The sense that you're paying a lot to be told no
What's in the system

Every part of the business, in one place, with one login.

/01

Website & sales pages

Built around your offers and how people find them. No theme, no page builder, no "not supported."

/02

CRM & pipeline

Your stages, your fields, your automations, your follow-up. Not a vendor's idea of the average business.

/03

Memberships & courses

Content, progress, cohorts, drip, certificates — whatever your model actually is.

/04

Community

Groups, discussion, member directory, messaging — inside the same login as everything else.

/05

Scheduling & coaching

Booking, availability, session notes, reminders, no-show handling — wired to the member record.

/06

Billing & payments

Subscriptions, one-offs, payment plans, failed-payment recovery — on Stripe, which you keep.

/07

Email & notifications

Broadcasts, sequences and transactional mail from your own system, to your own list.

/08

Dashboards & admin

The back office your team actually uses, showing the numbers you actually watch.

The part most people miss

This isn't a port. It's a rebuild.

The mistake is to recreate the old site in new code and call it done. You'd be paying to preserve every compromise the old platform forced on you.

Instead, the build starts with the business: what you sell, to whom, at what price, and how they move from stranger to member to advocate. Offers get sharpened. Dead weight gets dropped. The system gets built to serve the business you're becoming, not the one the software allowed.

That's thirty years of consulting doing its job. The code is how it gets delivered.

What "rebuild the offers" means in practice

  • Pricing and packaging reviewed against what actually sells
  • The customer journey mapped end to end, then shortened
  • Every workflow your team does by hand written down, then automated or deleted
  • The four hundred features you have narrowed to the six you use

The build that replaced this stack cost $12,000 once. After break-even, the ongoing cost is hosting plus an optional care plan — a fraction of the old bill, and cancellable any month.

Every build is quoted as a fixed price before it starts, after the Stack Audit. There's no hourly meter running. Put your own numbers in →

How it works

Four steps. Priced before we start.

STEP 01

Stack Audit

Every subscription, workflow, integration, limitation and annual cost — documented.

$500 · credited to build
STEP 02

SaaS Exit Plan

What gets replaced, kept, or integrated — with a real break-even date attached.

Included in audit
STEP 03

The Build

Offers rebuilt, then the system built to match. Site, CRM, memberships, courses, scheduling, billing, portals.

Fixed price, quoted
STEP 04

Migrate & Launch

Data cleanup, import, redirects, email config, parallel running, training. Nothing goes dark.

Included in build
After launch

Take it over, or keep me on. Your call, every month.

At handover you get the code, the documentation and a recorded walkthrough. From there you can run it yourself or hire anyone you like.

Or keep me on a Care & Growth Plan: maintenance, continuous improvement and ongoing consulting from someone who can act on an idea the same week instead of filing it. You stay because it's working, not because you're trapped. That's the whole philosophy, as a commercial term.

Straight answers

Questions about the full system.

What technology is it built on?
Standard, boring, widely-used technology — the kind any competent developer already knows. No proprietary framework, no platform of mine underneath it. The live demo and The Vote Files are built the same way.
Where does it run?
On hosting in your own name, which you pay for directly. Moving it to a different host is a routine job, documented in the runbook you receive at launch.
What about my existing data?
Exported from every current tool, cleaned, de-duplicated and imported — with a parallel-running period where the old and new systems run side by side until you're satisfied nothing is missing.
How long does it take?
A focused membership or CRM replacement runs 8–14 weeks from audit to launch, including the parallel-running period.
What does it cost?
A fixed price, quoted after the Stack Audit, once the scope is actually known. The example above was $12,000. The audit itself is $500 and comes off the build.

A Stack Audit documents every subscription, workflow and limitation in your business and gives you a real break-even number. $500, credited in full if you build with us.
