The Stack Audit

Every subscription, workflow, integration, limitation and annual cost in your business — written down in one document, with a real break-even number and a recommendation you can act on. $500, credited in full against your build.

Why it exists

Nobody knows what they're actually paying.

Not the monthly total — most people can add that up. The real cost: the workarounds, the second logins, the features you've stopped asking for, the offer you'd launch if the platform allowed it, and the annual price rises buried in seven separate invoices.

The audit surfaces all of it. It's also how the build gets priced — so it's the first step of every engagement, and the only thing you pay for before you've seen a fixed quote.

What's covered

Everything the software touches.

/01

Every subscription

Each tool, what it costs today, what it cost last year, what it's contracted to cost next year, and what you'd lose if it vanished tomorrow.

/02

Every workflow

How a lead becomes a customer, how a customer becomes a member, how a member gets served — and every place a human currently copies something from one tool to another.

/03

Every integration

The Zaps, the webhooks, the plugins, the embed codes. Which ones are load-bearing, which ones are fragile, and which ones nobody remembers setting up.

/04

Every limitation

The things you've been told aren't possible. The features on someone's roadmap. The compromises your offers have absorbed without anyone deciding to.

/05

The data

Where it lives, how much of it there is, how clean it is, and what it would take to move. This is usually where the surprises are.

/06

The arithmetic

Five-year rented cost with realistic price rises, versus a quoted build plus hosting. A break-even month, not an estimate.

What you receive

A document you can make a decision with.

  • ✓The full inventory — every tool, cost, workflow and integration, in one place
  • ✓The SaaS Exit Plan: replace, keep or integrate, line by line, with reasons
  • ✓A fixed-price quote for the build — the Ontraport extension or the complete system, whichever fits
  • ✓A break-even date based on your real numbers
  • ✓A written recommendation — including "keep what you have" when that's the honest answer
  • ✓A call to walk through it, answer questions and decide

How it runs. A questionnaire and access to your admin panels (read-only where possible), a working session of about ninety minutes, and roughly a week of my time going through everything. Then the document and a call.

The price. $500, paid up front. Credited in full against any build within six months. If the recommendation is not to build, you've bought the clearest picture of your software spend you've ever had, for the price of a month of it.

Straight answers

About the audit.

Do I need the audit for Ontraport work?
Usually not. An Ontraport extension typically starts with a free conversation and a one-page scope. The audit is for businesses weighing a full move, or who genuinely don't know what they're running.
What do you need from me?
A completed questionnaire, a list of every tool you pay for, read-only access to the main ones where that's possible, and ninety minutes of your time for the working session.
What if you recommend I don't build?
Then that's the recommendation, in writing, with the reasons. It happens. Some stacks are small enough or good enough to keep, and saying so is cheaper for both of us than a build nobody needed.
How long until I have the document?
About a week from the working session, depending on how many tools are involved and how quickly access is arranged.
